  "Engagement is the building block of great partnerships. Increasing engagement drives business and adoption of your company's products and technologies. My passion is software API's because of their reuse and the developer-friendly "interface"...the API serves multiple audiences with programmatic ease and scalability. We dog food what we build, we support others that use what we build, and we are constantly turning around feedback to make the usability of our products better for our consumers. The tricky part is any types of limitations of resources such as the necessary but often lower priority documentation tools. However, we do what we can within constraints and as a start-up that is now almost 10+ years old, we're really able to do things in a nimble fashion that have a huge impact on the moving of the needle."
