"I've worked for CDI Head Start since 2010 , but overall being employed with the head start program since 1992. It's a great program that has 158 employees and serves 9 surrounding counties. The program is great but lack of communication from administration needs improvement so that staff can perform their duties in a precise manner. There are also lots of changes within the program without accurate notice. But it's a great program for the children and families."
