What don't you like about working at Community Development Institute?

"Discrimination against some races although the performance was very good.A lots of talk about a company that does not have a poverty mentality where it took 2 month to by supplies for building repairs. A lots of the office supplies, tools and equipment purchase requests was denied"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please be fair to the employees that worked long years, preformed well, served faithfully. Trust them and give them room to prove them selves. Do not blame the workers for the wrong desission of the director and managers"
