"Worked here in a management position for 2+ years. Everyone means well and has a good heart but communication is lax. Weird turn over rate, you've either been there for a year or a century but there is no in between. Okay pay and decent benefits, the families we work with are incredible. It's a good middle job but I wouldn't consider it a career maker. They advocate a good "work life balance" and that our team is like a family but that just means that they'll suck the life right out of you and expect more work for less pay because "we're a part of a team""
