"Generally a good place to work if you like big companies. Commscope's root are as a manufacturing company and they are trying to transition in a technology company."
"The most recent company I worked for is CommScope. CommScope acquired ARRIS, a company that I worked for, in April 2019. Legacy CommScope came from a cellular base station infrastructure and antenna background and ARRIS had enterprise and infrastructure networking, services, and CPE business units. The combination of the two companies unleashed a company that could offer products for a wide range of industries, from cable and telco service providers to independent network operators. The fruits of this synergistic merger will take a few more months but their future is very bright."
"Great company to work for. Open to innovation."

"Arris was a great company to work at. Good work, good work environment, great folks. Highly recommend."
"I have worked for Ruckus for over a year. Just acquired by Commscope. Merger has been horrible. Don't like new CEO. has mostly good management, but there are a few bad ones that don't enable their direct reports well. Solid products and solutions, and it's easy to get behind them in terms of solutions selling. Great co-workers. Just can't recommend since the Commscope merger though."
"I’ve enjoyed working with my team at CommScope. It’s been such a great working and learning environment. I saw perfect synergy, respect for one another, high ethical standards and passion for innovation and growth. I also wanted to mention that CommScope offers so many online courses through our CommScope Infrastructure Academy that you can take at no cost if you sign up for a CommScope training passport. These courses have significantly contributed to the implementation of my development plan at CommScope."
