"fight for people who actually care about the work and your (respective) departments / don't lie to employees / don't make promises to employees that you have no intention of keeping / don't use promises of permanent full-time employment as enticement for people to work long hours for low wages / don't play 'CYA' with employees instead of fulfilling promises you continually made to them"
