"Company stays in turmoil. Management is often disjointed and ill prepared for their positions. The compensation and benefits are outstanding, however the direction the company is going from week to week are anyone's guess. Politics and jockeying are discouraged publicly, however it is constantly happening behind the scenes, which is apparent by how often the company changes courses on programs that are obviously done on a hunch."
