"I have been with CFS for only a little over a year and have found the owners have the best of intentions for there employees. Such as they will bring the guys out of the field to office positions when they can no longer handle the labor end of the job, While this is a great thing to do for your employees it hurts the company in profits. CFS will have as many as 12 employees standing in the shop any given morning wondering where there going or what there doing for hours on the clock. Things could just run smoother and be more profitable."
