"I've worked for Commerce Mortgage for the past two years. I love the people I work with and work for. I am struggling with the direction the company is currently moving. Management is currently on furlough which is a decision we provided to upper management in Nov of 2013 in hopes to stop the lay off process from continuing. We then continued to have layoffs. But have increased our volume with the lower staff. Upper management does not see this as a success and has continued our furlough time. During this time we have opened new branches and hired other operations staff adding to our monthly debt but there is no end in sight for furlough removal. Or room for advancement, salary increase or growth and I am not sure when this will ever be offered again if at all."
