What do you like about working at Commerce Insurance?

"I was not happy in the environment, the people were not as friendly as I would have liked."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you plan to have a tedious job reading from a script day in and day out, sitting at a desk the whole time answering calls, then sure apply, but otherwise I feel there are better places to work than this. It wasn't even worth the money staying there if I wasn't comfortable with the environment."

What don't you like about working at Commerce Insurance?

"The pay was about the only thing good about this position. Otherwise it was boring and not something I saw myself doing on a daily basis."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To be friendlier, be more personal with your employees instead of acting like a robot supervisor as if reading from a script and not taking into consideration that they are people."
