"Large company, leader in the industry, ability to work with many new and interesting technologies, fast paced."

What don't you like about working at GSI Commerce?

"Silos, inability to move laterally or vertically, poor qa process, lack of standards, continually encountering the same issues repeatedly, no one wants to own and resolve defects."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"QA needs an overhaul. Developers need to be in touch with the current state of the production environment. Need people to step up and take ownership of issues instead of endlessly passing them off to other groups."
