"It's our very own startup so in many ways it's our very own baby. We get to tackle problems with our solution in vision in mind based on customer feedback."

"Be creative in tackling problems with an out of the box mentality. It's good to have fundamentals but you need to be an innovator."

"It's a startup so while we try to be resourceful, we will always run into issues of talent management, funding, etc."
