"The atmosphere was one 100 percent military, this is currently my background and experience so I was aware of attitudes, behaviors and expectations."

"I was promoted from Accounting Manager at my previous employer (of 19 years) to Corp. Controller and I received a $40,000 bonus to stay until company acquisition was completed."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Really don't know since management changed. I did not care for the Analex management, but they have since then been acquired by Qinetiq."

"I was not told (when I left my employer of 19 years) that they were looking to be acquired and that I would be laid-off after my first year."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I don't know current management because they were all terminated with the acquisition, which seemed like a big mistake to me since they were employee-owned and gave that up."
