What do you like about working at Comforce?

"I like keeping my skills active and as close to current as possible. I also like keeping up with the latest technology. There is plenty of variety of products to work on whether Netvanta routers or products used in phone company cell sites or central offices. They have a nice cafeteria."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"COMFORCE seems to be a good contracting agency to work for. And there are other positions for technicians at Adtran that are rewarding."

What don't you like about working at Comforce?

"Cronyism. There are plenty of goof offs who have a protected status. At least they don't interfere with my job which I have seen elsewhere."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Retire, transfer, or promote to higher positions. Making operations worse should not be an option."

"Work was challenging, but contract job that ended early due to Hawker Beechcraft bankruptcy"

What don't you like about working at Comforce?

"Told was a contract position, but that many employees were moved around to other contract positions to extend employment or hired directly by company, but assigned company announced bankruptcy, which led to elimination of as many contract positions as possible"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"No suggestions because they have no control over what their client company decides to do"
