"Comdata has good benefits. The hiring process was pleasant; the recruiter and the supervisor who interviewed me were pleasant. The building where I worked was pleasant. I lost my job due to the pandemic. They took care of me and said that I was eligible for rehire. I did not give them the best rating because they had no backup plan in place when the pandemic struck, and gave me no warning whatsoever that they were going to terminate my employment. It did not seem, for the last month that I was there, that business had fallen off that much. If they had thought that business had fallen off, it seems that they could have terminated my employment in April and then hired me back in July when business began to pick up. Nor have they reached out to me. Training was sketchy, only lasting four days, and the rest seemed to be something that they expected that you should just pick up on your own once you got there. My customers were mostly very pleasant people, too."
