"Anyone interviewing with this company should be themselves and focus on what personally interests them, and why it would be a good addition to the on-line magazine."
What don't you like about working at Want2Dish.com?
"Working as a contractor, the compensation is limited, and there is no opportunity for advancement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If I had one thing that I would suggest, it would be that the company should explore the option of nominal pay increases for long-time contractors for each year worked."
