"The openness that I have with my manager. There is no topic off limits and she is always open to discuss any issues with me in a proactive manor."

"This is not an easy job. During busy season there is very little work/life balance. You can expect to work a minimum of 70 hours a week for 6 weeks straight. When it is slow season, it is painfully slow."

"There is no additional room for me to grow withing the organization, nor is there any room to grow in terms of salary."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Try to figure out how to spread the work that we do year round. When it is busy season, there is barely anytime to do simple things like eat and sleep. But when it is slow, we struggle to stay busy."
