"Matt Laur like environment. The office staff is exclusively caucasion."

"Open your mind and be cautious of your Matt Laur management."

What do you like about working at Colortree of VA?

"I had a couple of people who I thought were my friends within the company. Fake smiles to keep the peace, but you pay for it later. Management are taking notes but only from a select few."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Look at the diversity on their website. They are not open minded and won't evolve. If you don't get into the it crowd when you get there, it'll be a short trip back out the door."

What don't you like about working at Colortree of VA?

"Glad I am gone. Should have ran away sooner. Looking back I wish I could have seen through the smiles and felt the daggers. They only use the good old boy way of operating. The company doesn't evolve and listen to good ideas that will help the company and it's employees growing. They hold onto the ones who stick to the old way of working."

"You have far to go to catch up with the competition. Open up your mind."

"Not a thing. Building was not far off the interstate."

"The executive staff is closed minded. Watch your back. Will not evolve."
