2 Executive leadership is the biggest detriment to this organization. In their eyes, everyone exists to serve them, their whims, and help them move into their next executive role. There is NO integrity, NO professionalism, and NO accountability for anyone on the executive team. As a result, we as leaders, can not do our jobs and can not achieve any meaningful outcomes.
