"The company does not recognize good personal efforts and achievments and is fast to point out all the bad in a person. To many people are paranoid and always watching their own backs. Very uncomfortable environment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the hourly people without the Safety and HR departments (screening) prior approval. A neutral union representative is needed."
