"I worked at Colony Brands for a 6 month internship in web development for the Swiss Colony retail brands. I'm not sure how the company holds up for long term positions, but their internship program is one of the best I've ever seen. With extensive training, great benefits and pay, and a friendly work environment, Colony Brands is a great way to enter the workforce."

"Do not question why things are done the way they are done without fear of retaliation."
What don't you like about working at Colony Brands?
"The company does not recognize good personal efforts and achievments and is fast to point out all the bad in a person. To many people are paranoid and always watching their own backs. Very uncomfortable environment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the hourly people without the Safety and HR departments (screening) prior approval. A neutral union representative is needed."
