Colonial Pipeline Employee

"The company is small but has strong financials. The organization has very few layers so you have access to senior management. The employees are passionate about safety as I was as well. The co-workers make you feel welcome and want to get to know you just like family."

Colonial Pipeline Employee

"Can't say anything bad about the whole company but there is a location in the northeast district that is very mismanaged and has a severe lack of training for the job. The ops mgr. is very knee jerk reaction and does not think things through or think about the repercussions his decisions will result in. The lead tech is very obsessive compulsive and does not let the techs do their job (no trust in his techs) and there is an extreme amount of tension/competitiveness in the shop."

Senior Manager

"Great company enduring challenging experiences"

What do you like about working at Colonial Pipeline?

"Excellent people caught with the double blows of Hurricane's Katrina and Rita which took 85% of our clients' product. Leadership did the job they had to do to allow the company to survive; only retained 1 of my staff (but he was - is - a fine man to retain.) Physical facilities were outstanding. So were benefits. Tough times demanded tough choices but they were made with professional courtesy."
