"Wear a tie. Seriously. You don't even have to know that much about computers. With the head honchos in administration, appearance was all that really mattered."

What don't you like about working at Collier County Public Schools?

"The red tape. We were not permitted to use resolutions to problems that we knew worked. We were instructed to use outdated and flawed fixes distributed to us from the Administrative department."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the ground crew. They are on the front lines and hear the clients needs and wants every day. The insight that they provide could lead to a much happier school system."
