"To be honest, a bit unfocused and not well compensated. Got hired to do 3D Graphics assets creation. I ended up working on very many projects at once, often leaving some behind for months, and doing a multitude of different work for each project. I was willing, but it felt taken advantage of. As if I was doing way more than my salary compensated for. Coworkers were great people and very fun, but management couldn't provide me with what I wanted. A big hit to their community by management decisions and the objective to make a game that didn't align to my views was the result of my departure. 3/5"
