"I've worked at the college for some time now and can say that I really enjoy working there. My supervisors are very professional and know how to lead by example. I really enjoy doing my job where I can help students understand what they couldn't do before and professors at the same time who need a hand. The job is challenging and pushes me forward to do better and achieve more.Unfortunately, I'm unable to advance further than the position that I'm currently in or any way improve my position."
