"What I don't like about working at College of DuPage is that the department I work in is a grant funded not for profit organization so the pay is not enough to support my family."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My number one suggestion is to spend more capital on human resources in an effort to retain the people that they have spent so much time and effort to train. By keeping salaries at a minimum the college has a large turnover of employees meaning they have to start over with new people."
