"Absolutely nothing. It is the most rigid, uptight, controlled, micromanaged environment I have ever worked in my 30 years in the workforce."

"Take another offer, run as fast as you can. Do not work for this company, in the Washington, DC office under any circumstances."

"No autonomy on even the smallest tasks or decisions. Very old antiquated thinking from management."

"Get out of the way, and let the employees do their jobs, or do everything yourselves."

"it helps pay the bills, other than that, there's nothing I like about it."

"turn around, and walk out the door, you'd be better off at Starbucks."

"I dont know where to begin. All the executives are micromanaging, high maintenance, indecisive, difficult jerks."

"I would eliminate slow, old, inefficient ways of doing things, and would be decisive. I alos would show real appreciation for my employyees"
