4.5 Technical Developer at the CAP is a challenging role. I worked there for 13 years in various levels of development. People are really good to work with. Project and Team Leads are assigned small project teams, are nice people and work collaboratively with you. This I.T. department is stacked with Team Leads and mid-managers because of the stability of the business and the company treats you better than most. So, the turn-over rate is low. I was challenged during my tenure there. They recently embraced Oracle EBS and have plans to revise their web apps using Oracle technology. But, the web is J2EE, Weblogic and Oracle security. I liked my job... but didn't want to pursue Oracle. And, they give some real nice projects to consultants - just like any other company.
