"No future as union not hiring new people and giving advantage to minorities rather than the person who can do the job."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Dean hadn't choice in who to hire; union assigned him someone. It seems a Dean should be able to hire whom they want, based on who can do the job rather than a political agenda."
