"No future as union not hiring new people and giving advantage to minorities rather than the person who can do the job."

"Dean hadn't choice in who to hire; union assigned him someone. It seems a Dean should be able to hire whom they want, based on who can do the job rather than a political agenda."

"I was able to write my own criteria for teaching and use my own methods to teach."
