"The office people are nice, the estimators like it when I'm successful."

"Be yourself. These guys are looking for specific people, and if you aren't yourself they will know and pass you by."

What don't you like about working at Accountemps?

"I don't get a lot of support from the estimators, there is a lot of cussing in the workplace, and there aren't a lot of people who understand or care what it is I do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Less cussing in the workplace, allow more access into estimator records (go wireless, using iPads or tablets, and less paper records)."
