What don't you like about working at Coleman Insurance?

"The thing that I don't like is the fact that I am not allowed to write with other carriers outside of Farmers. If I were allowed to do that my business would still be able to grow even in a bad economy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The only suggestion I would have for management is that they should allow agents to write outside of Farmers even if it is only for temperary time period to cover the loss in business we face due to cheaper carers."
