"Cold Stone Corporate should slow down on their expansion plans and find a way to make each unit more profitable. It is a business model that is highly sensitive to milk prices, and those have been astronomical the past few years. It is difficult for their franchisees to make a profit, and it's hard to sell new franchises if your old ones are going out of business."

"Try to hire kids still in high school so that way when they go to college you will be able to get some of them back the following summer."
