"I have spent the bulk of my career at Coin Acceptors, and have always loved what I do. I thoroughly enjoy being part of a multi-disciplined team, working toward a common goal, and ultimately being proud of what we've created. Nowhere is every day sunshine and roses, but the end product is what makes it all worthwhile. And I've always thought it therapeutic to get to come to work and break things for a living!"

"The company has been down-sizing for several years, as they have lost a lot of business with their major customer."

"They seemed to have trust issues with employees, as they had cameras set up to monitor employees not only coming and going, but in the design areas. The cameras were actively monitored at all times."

"Trust your employees and treat them as adults. This will make them want to work harder for you."
