"Great firm, great people!"
"This review is for the Parsippany office, the audit department is poorly run, you will get assigned to a ton of messy clients that drag on for months and are severely understaffed Everyone here is very pushy and expects you to be on call all times of the day. I always felt uncomfortable here because everyone was unhelpful, rude, and standoffish This office is very cliquey and favoritism decides your promotions, raises/bonuses, and projects you are assigned to Compensation is low and bonuses are almost non-existent I would not recommend for anyone to work here"
"Good place to work depending on your team. Busy season hours could have been shorter. Very hard work/life balance."
"I've worked at Cohn Reznick for a few months as a Compliance Consultant (virtually, due to coronavirus) and it has not been an exciting place to work. I was very poorly trained due to lack of management/training systems in place and I do not feel valued. The salary is also not very rewarding based on my credentials."
"CohnReznick is a great company to gain experience especially in a niche market such as the real estate, cannabis, or NMTC. The hours are challenging."
"It was ok. Good PTO and environment. Pay isn't as high as other firms."
"A rockstar group of SMEs working together to solve client problems by implementing trending solutions to increase ROI."
"My co-workers were wonderful. The management team made the work environment untenable."
