"Pros: CodePlus management seems to be looking out on behalf of the employees. Cons: They are just in an uphill battle with the clients, and they really have no power to make changes. Plus poor judgement in letting people go, and a continuous revolving door of employees has hurt productivity and team chemistry. No balance in work and life, due to the client pressure and allowing good people to walk. CodePlus constantly has to rely on undermanned coverage of large projects. This causes employees to get burned out quickly and leave the company."
