"Horrible culture at the Madison facility! Supervisors are encouraged by upper management to "find dirt" on specific associates to get them terminated. DC manager provides no support for the supervision team and instead ignores them when trying to resolve an issue. HR is very unprofessional and has a few favorites within the facility so good luck getting anything accomplished through her. Stay clear of this company if you're looking for a good place to work."
