"Whatever you might be promised during the interview, get it in writing! I was told several things that were either not true or just didn't happen."

What don't you like about working at Coban Technologies?

"I was fired and replaced by a Hooter's Girl who didn't have related experience or a college degree (both of which were advertised as requirements for the job)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire a management consultant to review operations from top to bottom. Run the business based on solid business management principles, not feng shuI and Asian business principles that don't work well with U.S. workers. Share knowledge--as an individual worker, it can be difficult to make even day-to-day decisions when managed by the mushroom principle."
