What do you like about working at Coastline Equipment?

"The Sales Mgr Mike is a really good person, fair, and great to work with. The holidays and hours are good. The benefits are decent. The pay scale is low to medium, depending on the department.Most of the lower echelon employees are good people."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just beware of the favoritism exibited, and lack of cooperation. Depends on the Dept. you work in. Beware the Branch Mgr. thinks it's ok to be sneaky, and is proud of it. That just isn't right, makes you very uncomfortable."

What don't you like about working at Coastline Equipment?

"High amount of personal favoritism by management, especially the Branch Mgr.A lot of finger pointing, and false accusations, little cooperation between departments. No perks/bonuses if your not a Sales Rep. or Management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't allow harrassment and disrespect of employee's by other employee's. That activity should be addressed immediately, and not ignored, even if it is another Mgr. in another department."
