What don't you like about working at Coastline Community College?

"Lack of employment opportunity. There are few technical jobs at community colleges in California most of which require a PhD."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire people who have demonstrated an abiity to work with others on grants and develop new technology based curriculum."
