"Upper management seemed to understand and acknowledge outstanding efforts. This was very motivating, I was given all the tools, training, and rewards in the form of bonuses."

"Ask about ownership. They were sold to Fiat when I left, causing confusion about direction."

What don't you like about working at CNH Global?

"Middle managers sometimes in-fought, not on same page. This would slow project down and cause some friction among teams."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Diversify more. For a global company, most middle managers (and recruits) seemed to be guys from the small town where company was located."

"make sure you have the correct buzzwords on your resume or you won't get past stage one. HR processes don't have any human part until after the program."

"the office is aged, equipment and facilities hopelessly outdated, ugly, unimpressive to have outside suppliers there"

"encourage ideas, remove stagnation points, loosen rules that make getting the job done hard"

"Dont go with this company! Ask the wrong question and you will be walked out the door!!!"

What don't you like about working at CNH Global?

"-Management is very poor. -Bully/harass employees instead of being helpful. -Make employees do jobs they were not hired for or trained in.-If you disagree with Management, you are fired. -Too many tiers of management for company. -Managers belittle employees in-front of other employees and management!-No respect from management to employees!!-Supervisors that dont know how to supervise.-Dont hire from within for Supervisor/Lead positions!-Advertise jobs, takes weeks to hear back, no interview for job even if you are well qualified, then give job to someone else who has no previous experience in that department!-3 HR people and we still dont know what they do!!-World Class Manufacturing Waste of money!!!!-Unsafe place to work!!-Worried more about quantity than quality!-Work 12 hour days and weekends!-Always running out of parts!!!! -Paying suppliers late or not at all!-They only have 1 supplier per part!! Should have 2 suppliers, if 1 cant make item other can!!!-Lots of promises they never deliver on!!!!-Very bureaucratic!!-Vacation is frozen for use in July, when company is shut down!!-Employee morale is very very low!!!-Lots of red tape!!!-If you are strong willed, dont work here!! You are to sit back and just take the abuse!!!-High employee turnover!!!"

"You never get bored due to the daily challenges and the pace set by senior management."

"Be prepared for the fastest paced job in the manufacturing field. You will be pushed to your highest abilities. You will know your true capabilities and become part of a terrific network of employees that will assist you in your climb to excellence."

"CNH went trough a merger while I was there, they used to be called Case Corp. The merger was not good for many emploees -- they decided that Electronics was not a core competancy after the merger."

"Simulation and CAD tools were adequate"

"Management that fosused on themselves rather than thier employees."

"They can do little now after the Merger, other than try to keep thier jobs."
