"I liked the work I was doing and the machinist on first shift was very helpful at detailing what had to be done for my shift."

"It was kind of a dirty Machine shop with poor ventilation."

"Communication is a big problem which needs to be rectified."

"I liked the opportunity and the fact that it was a small IT Shop, so we got to learn many different aspects of the trade."

"The team was very small, so there wasn't as much mentoring available as I would have appreciated as early on in my career."

"IT Management did a great job. I really respected them, and I really loved working for Awana Clubs International."

"watch your back its a boys club members only as far as managements concerned"

"unfortunately supervision takes credit for your work and shifts blame for there mistakes and they discriminate against the second shift in favor of the first shift ."

"spot check supervision reevaluate laid off employees you lost high producers in favor of bosses buddies"

"Very easy to work with the people, and they have a great problem solving staff"

"CincinnatI Milacron was the closest commute for my job title around. To have that job title anywhere else I would have been expected to drive twice as far."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to work 7 days a week weather you have work or not. Never voice your opinion. It will only be used against you later."
What don't you like about working at Milacron?
"CincinnatI Milacron has poor management. They have a terrible reputation of lay-offs. They have no sense for the value of a dollar, for example they will work a guy seven days a week paying him double time and time and a half up until the day they lay him off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Milacron management needs a full make-over. It is ran by a buddie system. They lookout for eachother instead of the guys on the floor tha are making them money."
