"Give a opportunitys to employees to move on tha way you save money;why bicouse a employee with 1o2year at the company have basic knoleage about company procces and you can save money and company time"

"This company does not reward you for hard work. They take advantage of everyone and promise you raises and promotions and always fail to deliver."

"The fact that you had 3 bosses telling you 3 different things to do."

"Have a real organization where you lay out whose duties are whose and who dictates them to the correct people."

"I would recommend applicants to walk in and ask for applications instead of calling or email most employees their got hired on that way . No agency"

"Cutting hours ,no work to do but clean around then lay offs"

"More sales to prevent lay offs and rotating machine operators to gain more experience and improvement to employees"

"I am working on the second shift as a temporary employee (National Engineering). My manager wants to get me permanent but it's been 6 months and nothing happened."

"Lowered my pay $5.00 an hour after agency trouble turning in time sheets to agency, trouble cashing first full time check after hired on full time, very disorganized machine shop, that's putting it nicely."

"It is the safest place to work, considering the nature of the business."

"if you want to stay employed, play golf with the boss."

"I dislike the good ol' boy system. (I don't play golf with the plant manager.)"

"They should appreciate employees more. Employees are the ones who make them their money."
