"Micro-Management is beyond the daily activity at this location. The corporate office is located in Melbourne, FL and they have satellite offices to help with local service for big box retailers. If you tell the management team that they are doing illegal things you will be told to like it or leave. The management team told technicians to patch heat exchangers using muffler pipe pieces with adjustable clamps. Kohl's department stores is being screwed by this outfit."
