"Its a publishing company so its a good idea to be enthusiastic or atleast knowledgeable about the publishing industry."

"There was a lack of communication from the owners of the company. They decided to sell the company, but waited to tell employees until the last minute and everyone had a short time to either leave to find work elsewhere or stay and wait for departments to shift or be altered in some way."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There should be better communication between all levels of management."
