What do you like about working at L-3?

"I have my own cmm,, and there is flexability in weekend work"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just be preparred to take a few logs off the fire. THere will be no need to bring anything except a willingness to follow managments lead."

What don't you like about working at L-3?

"lack of teamwork, vagueness in requests, lack of official documents,( yellow sticky's shouldnt be official documents)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"stop playing us agianst you,, lets do some teamwork and use some synergy"
