What do you like about working at CME Group?

"Used to like the people till the company did a buy out of employees and all the good ones left."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't expect any awards for doing a good job cause trained monkeys can do your job. There are no advancement potentials in this company they have all there positions filled by there chosen ones mostly they bring ones in from there outside subsidies. Good Luck you are going to need it."

What don't you like about working at CME Group?

"The NO REHIRE POLICY!!!!!!!!!!The treatment of Associates in regards to Temporary Associates with many years in not being hired because there english wasn't good enough to pass the works key. Supervisors referring to Associates as Trained Monkeys.People with titles who were consistently wrong and wouldn't admit it. Training of team leaders teaching them that all associates are below them in all ways especially intelligence."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop treating people as if they are trained monkeys and start listening to Associates when they tell you there are problems with a Team leader or Supervisor. Stop letting people with titles treated like they are worthless.."
