What do you like about working at CMD Agency?

"Excellent people, clients, and projects. The 401K was also really attractive averaging around 12% returns during the 6+ years I was there. CMD Agency is unique in that it's owned by JELD-WEN (a privately held window and door manufacturing company) which provided a certain level of stability many advertising agencies don't experience."

"Be honest and open upfront about your career goals to ensure it's a good fit at the interview."

What don't you like about working at CMD Agency?

"The compensation was terrible, which was fine early in my career but became a major factor in my decision to leave."

"Increased level of interaction with the employees down in the trenches as just a little bit goes a long way in making them feel valued an appreciated with a desire to go the extra mile to get something done on time, on budget, and exceeding client expectations."
