"Friendly work environment. The Latham office is definitely more political and family based than the other location in Albany. Well compensated in the beginning but raises are among the class of a Unicorn... they don't exist. Relationship with my superiors is fantastic however. Easy going and understanding. Also easy to talk to about problems in work related issues. Never had any non-work related issues (as in issues with other co-workers) Overall I recommend the company highly and I love my job, just make sure you come in at a comfortable salary because you could be stuck there a while."

"The company is known for its expertise in Oracle. Keep pace with the upgrades at Oracle."

"The conflict between the Technical Lead and the Project Manager."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More higher management over site of the new Project Manager. The conflict greatly diminished once higher management was involved."
