"It was from good to excelent place to work, regardless that sometimes the work was endless and not quite well organized to complete the job. Sometimes inhuman to have 5 bosses at the same time each one demanding extraordinary amounts of time for complex projects, pretty challenging."

"Some projects were push under lots of pressure, but at the end those projects just were filed, the bonuses compensations were not so great. No retirement plan."

"Better organization for priorities."
"Working for CMA, I had the opportunity to participate in the design of different bridges projects using P/S technicals , SAP 2000 software and design requirements according with AASHTO."
