What don't you like about working at Clinton Heating and Air Conditioning?

"The service manager's attitude over other techs. example ( not fully understanding what happens when a problem arises for the service man, that it takes time to troubleshoot the unit to come up with a proper dianosis).They laid me off for taking care of my wife after her car accident, instead of working with me. I told them that I would come in later and work saturdays if need be, but they chose to let me go."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should work with the workers to solve any problems and not work against them especially if thworker is outstanding in his trade."
