"Always on 24/7 no down time even on vacation because if you didn't keep up, you got behind to much. Be supportive and suggestive if you see an employee struggling or needing to take a family leave due to a sick parent or family member"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give back remote week, where the worker is not having to do a max of 40 hours, let them catch up with family, appts, and such."
What do you like about working at Kaiser Permanente?
"Excellent company and very well structured. They provide all the tools and training you need to be successful and it is a positive and collaborative work environment."

"Great organization to work for."

"I enjoyed working there very much, but unfortunately, my position was only contractual."
